These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Barkademi (the "App," "Service"), operated as an individual business registered in Indonesia. By creating an account or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Barkademi provides bartending training content — including text lessons, technique videos, quizzes, templates, and certificates — delivered through a web-based application. Content is added to and updated within the curriculum over time.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You may not share your account or resell access to another person.

3. Plans & Payment

Barkademi is offered as a one-time payment for a fixed period of access (6 Months or 1 Year) or permanent access (Lifetime). Plans do not auto-renew and you will not be charged again automatically. Prices are shown in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) at checkout, inclusive of any applicable discount codes.

4. License to Use Content

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to access and use Barkademi's content for your own learning. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, publicly republish, or use the content to train or build a competing product.

5. Certificates

Certificates issued by Barkademi confirm completion of our training program. They are not a government-issued license, trade certification, or third-party professional accreditation, and do not by themselves authorize you to work in any regulated role.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to bypass access controls, scraping or automating extraction of content, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.

7. Disclaimer

Barkademi is provided "as is." While we work to keep content accurate and current, we make no guarantee that using the Service will result in employment, certification recognition, or any specific outcome.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Barkademi is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your plan.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
